If you’ve done WILDERBODY (or the WILDFIT 90-Day Challenge), but haven’t quite reached ALL your health or weight release goals, or have gone into a kind of permanent Autumn since completing the program, it might be time to commit to a group return to Spring to help get you back on track.
If you haven’t managed to stay committed to your ratios, (or never quite landed on one that worked for you), joining a Spring Reset can provide the necessary structure and accountability to nail the ratio that works for you.
If it’s been some time since you completed either WILDERBODY or WILDFIT-90 and you’ve found that some old habits have started creeping back in, going back into Spring will help adjust the rudder so you can get back on course quickly and painlessly.
